This weekend we have our first Staff Meeting to plan for Camp 2010. The meeting will be at Lovat Hall on Sunday 8th November 2009 and will start at 8pm, and is open to all who will be 18+ by the start of Camp.
Please do your best to attend as we will be discussing a number of important issues, and appointing people to various roles. Please also prayerfully consider your role at Camp 2010, and who we should appoint to other roles.
Just a quick note to let you know that there is a Staff & Asst. Staff meeting this Sunday, 5th July, at Lovat Hall in Newport Pagnell from 8pm. This is an important meeting and we encourage all Staff & Asst. Staff members to attend.
Please bring with you any first aid and food hygiene certificates (if applicable) and minibus licences.
Staff members please bring with you your most recent CRB form (completed through BB, GB or your Church) and a photocopy too if possible. If you have not yet received your CRB form, please contact the agency and find out about its progress.
Just a quick reminder that the next Camp Meeting is this Sunday, 29th March, 8pm at Water Eaton Church Centre, Bletchley – and is for Staff only.

As discussed at the last Staff meeting, and emailed to Staff in February, please remember that the Staff and Assistant Staff Training Day will be taking place on Saturday 5th July from 12pm at the Water Eaton Church Centre. Please ensure that all Staff and Assistant Staff attend as this will be an important time of preparation for Camp.
The Working Group will be meeting this weekend to plan the detailed programme, but the day will include:
The meeting will begin after tea and we will aim to finish by 9pm at the latest.

Please do your best to attend as we will be allocating the last few jobs and if you’re not there you may be volunteered! Even if you’re not attending for the full duration, please come along to the Camp Meeting and play your part.
